Joe Tober

Joe Tober is a prison inmate at the Hughes Unit in Gatesville, TX. He is humble, generous to others, and has a deep appreciation for art. Most of his hobbies are one type of art form or another. The freedom of drawing whatever he wishes and the knowledge that the piece of art that comes out was done with a lot of patience and heart is what drives his inspiration. Many of his drawings are unique and are one-of-a-kind; a lot of creativity and different types of colors and mediums are used to create what he loves to do. He has a beautiful family and a lot of accomplishments in life, but he believes that the best thing about him is that he lets the Lord lead the way. He hopes and prays that his art will be a blessing to all who see it.

Many inmates do not have the ability to earn legitimate finances while in prison, and the ones who can do not make near enough to provide for themselves or their families. We believe that giving inmates a chance to earn their own financial well-being helps to build their confidence working in the free market, opposed to trying to make a living on the streets. We hope that their family friendly creations will be a joy for you to display, as well a joy for them to support themselves and their families.
